RULES & REGULATIONS

YOU MUST BE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE TO PURCHASE A TICKET. NO ONE UNDER THE AGE OF 18 WILL BE PERMITTED AT THE EVENT; ID IS REQUIRED. NO CHILDREN, NO STROLLERS, NO EXCEPTIONS.

One person admitted per ticket. Guest tickets ($25) may be purchased at the door the day of the event. Guest purchasing admission only tickets are not eligible for the prize drawings. Only event ticket holders, paid guests, event security and event officials will be permitted at the event.

 

  • No coolers allowed. No pets allowed.
  • Official Smoky Mountain Celebration Tickets will be mailed to each purchaser after receipt of money to the address listed on ticket request.
  • Please bring purchased ticket stub(s) on the day of the event. Winners need not be present to win however winners must present ticket stub to have their prize awarded. Winners not present at the event will be contacted by phone and/or sent prize claim information via certified, restricted return receipt mail.
  • Winning numbers will be posted on the web site www.smokymtncelebration.com no later than Tuesday, October 2, 2013.
  • Winners will have 30 days to claim their prize or forfeit the said prize to the Sevier County High School Foundation (SCHSF). All prizes must be claimed at the vendor's location.
  • Title, transfers and sales tax will be paid by SCHSF. Federal and state income taxes are the responsibility of the winner. ID is required to claim any prize. Winners must provide a valid Social Security number and a completed IRS form W-9. The SCHSF will send an IRS 1099 tax form to all winners.
  • If a published prize is unavailable, the said prize will be replaced with a prize equal to the value of that prize. Otherwise, there will be no substitution for prizes.
  • Event subject to the sale of 2,000 tickets. If for any reason the event is not held, all monies will be returned to the ticket holder at the address given on the ticket stub. Any unsold tickets become the property of the SCHSF.
  • Orders received after all 3,000 tickets are sold will be returned to the sender.
  • SCHSF nor any other persons, organizations, businesses or other sponsoring agent of this event assume any liability for any claims, injuries or damages resulting out of possession of any prize won at this event.
  • Tickets are non-transferable and non-negotiable.
  • All proceeds will benefit Sevier County High School Minor Sports and scholarships.
